Hi Everyone,
Welcome back for another fun season of Soccer with Summerside United. We are opening registration for U11, U13, U15, U18 & Senior at 3:00AM on April 1, 2025. We will be opening up U5, U7 & U9 at 3:00AM May 1st and closing on May 15th midnight. This is being done to streamline the programs that start first and allow us time to process all the registrations that come in. I will suggest you read the rest of this message as it has important information in it.
We will be accepting E Transfer again this year. Also note that we will no longer be accepting cheque or cash as a payment method, please use E Transfer as it is our required method of payment. Please make sure you provide the information requested like, Player name (first & last), Division they are registering for along with M or F. and use the correct password provided. Please do not make one up and assume we can guess. If everyone provides the above it will save a lot of time and energy. Also, late fees will start at midnight on April 20, 2025 ($25.00). This will be applied to all registrations after this date as well as any registrations that are not paid in full by April 20th. If you are applying for Kid Sport or Jumpstart, please just let us know and we will discuss the process. If you are receiving KIDSPORT or JUMPSTART, DO NOT PAY and then require a refund later in the season. We will wait and receive payment from the program you fall under.
Registration this season will only be open from April 1, 2025, to midnight on April 15th, 2025. After that date regular registration for these ages will be closed and any players looking to register after that date will need to register on the waiting list. As programs open with enough numbers to allow another team to be formed, we will contact you directly to move you from waiting list to full registration. The past season we had several players that missed the deadline, and we had no space available. Please register as soon as you can to avoid missing your spot. Payment will be due before April 20th, 2025, or a late fee will apply. No players will be allowed to participate in anything on field until full payment is received or other arrangements have been made with the Treasurer or Registrar. We strive to fit everyone in, but sometimes it is just not possible. Please do not delay in registering as we want to see that all interested players get a spot. Pass along the word to other players you know might be interested.

The first tryouts will be announced once coaches are in place, but are expected to be in mid April, as the season is fast approaching, please be prepared for a quick turnaround on tryout dates and selections.
A further reminder email will go out to all the U5-9 players when we open the registration for those Divisions.
